This shrug is made with a stretchy rich teal color fabric and adorned with just the right decorations.  Silk pink flowers strewn with decorative elements near the neckline and blue fringe with iridescent beads at the wrists can dress up the plainest outfit.  Great to wear over a tank top or sleeveless top or when you need an extra layer.
